What youll do as a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
Provide academic support across your subject specialism in lessons, small groups, and 1:1 settings
Work closely with students who have additional needs such as Autism, ADHD, or low literacy/numeracy
Collaborate with teachers and SEN staff to deliver targeted interventions and classroom assistance
Develop positive relationships with students and contribute to their academic and emotional progress

Ideally from a Russell Group or Top 20 UK university
A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
