Senior Quantity Surveyor - Major Mixed-Use Development Location: South London Salary: £85,(Apply online only)-£95,(Apply online only) comprehensive package Employment: Permanent Start: ASAP The Opportunity: A leading main contractor-developer is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a landmark mixed-use scheme in South London. This flagship development comprises 400 residential units, alongside retail and leisure space, and will form a key part of a major regeneration programme. You will play a central commercial role in the successful delivery of this long-term project, supporting both pre-construction and construction phase activities.
