Employment Paralegal ? Leeds | Hybrid Working | Full-time An established legal services business is looking to recruit an Employment Paralegal to join its Leeds-based Employment team. This is a great opportunity for a paralegal who wants hands-on exposure to a broad range of employment matters, working closely with experienced fee-earners in a genuinely supportive, close-knit team. The role offers strong training, development and a clear progression path for someone looking to build a long-term career in employment law. The role You’ll play a key supporting role within the Employment team, assisting with the delivery of accurate, timely and high-quality legal services. Responsibilities will include:
* Supporting solicitors with employment matters from instruction through to resolution
* Assisting with drafting documents, correspondence and case preparation
* Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure a high standard of client care
* Helping promote the Employment team’s services internally and externally
* Managing tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
About you This role would suit someone who is motivated, organised and keen to develop their technical skills. You’ll ideally have:
* A genuine interest in employment law
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* The ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
* A proactive, flexible and team-focused approach
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and business software
