Job Overview:
As a Floor Supervisor, your role involves overseeing a busy housekeeping department. You will work alongside a team to ensure cleanliness throughout guest and hotel premises while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and efficiency in collaboration with the Head Housekeeper.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Working in fast paced high energy environment and checking the quality of rooms.
* Organising staff rotas.
* Working closely with the supervisory team to support the Head Housekeeper.
* Supporting the Housekeeping team with ongoing training and development.
* Maintaining the standards set by HotelCare and our client at all times.
* Meeting daily targets.
* Comply with all company health and safety policies and record any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
Person specification
Experience
* Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically in housekeeping or related areas.
* Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination skills.
Skills and knowledge
* Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
