We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers looking to have new boiler installations within a 24 hour period and promoting our services.
Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
* Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM software.
* Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into customers.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for outreach.
* Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to improve marketing strategies.
Requirements
* Proven experience in sales or telemarketing is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in using CRM software is an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a positive attitude towards challenges.
