*Exciting Dental Receptionist Position - Dental Beauty Clapham*
*Full-Time Position, Monday-Friday & 1 Saturday P/M*
Dental Beauty Partners are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist to join us at our lovely mixed practice, Dental Beauty Clapham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and family-orientated practice team in the Clapham area.
You will be joining a fantastic group of clinicians and wider support staff, led by our Partner Dr. Kunal Patel, who all work together in harmony to deliver a brilliant patient journey. The practice is very accessible via public transport as it is within walking distance of Clapham Common station.
The working hours for this role are as follows:
Mondays - 8:30am to 5:30pm
Tuesdays - 8am to 2pm
Wednesdays - 2pm to 8pm
Thursdays - 8:30am to 6pm
Fridays - 8am to 5pm
1x Saturday per month - 8:30am to 2:30pm
Key Responsibilities
* Perform a high-quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction & maximum contribution to practice efficiency
* Answering the telephone and dealing with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner, with a focus on going the extra mile
* Schedule patient appointments in accordance & effectively managing the diaries of our clinical team; all through our software system, Dentally
* Collect and record patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payments policy
* To ensure compliances with DBP Information Governance Policy and GDPR
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* Ideally 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist, within a private or mixed practice
* If no Dentistry experience, then a background within a front of house, customer service or medical coordinator role
* Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
* Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
* Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
