About the Role
We’re looking for a TikTok Shop Manager to lead the growth, strategy, and day-to-day operations of TikTok Shop for our clients. This role combines e-commerce management, influencer marketing, and creative strategy to drive GMV, optimize creator campaigns, and scale brand visibility through TikTok Shop.
You’ll manage the full TikTok Shop ecosystem — from product listings and shop health to creator partnerships, ad optimization, and data-driven growth. You’ll work closely with our affiliate, content, and paid media teams to ensure all levers of TikTok commerce are performing in sync.
Key Responsibilities
1. TikTok Shop Operations
* Oversee daily operations of the TikTok Shop dashboard — listings, pricing, stock, shipping, and compliance.
* Ensure Shop Health metrics (fulfillment rate, shipping time, customer rating, etc.) remain in excellent standing.
* Manage promotions, bundles, and flash sales in line with TikTok calendar events (e.g. 11.11, Black Friday, Ramadan, etc.).
* Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth post-sale operations.
2. Creator & Affiliate Management
* Develop and execute creator outreach and onboarding strategies to scale affiliate recruitment.
* Manage top-performing creators via Discord/WhatsApp communities and maintain strong relationships with mid- and micro-tier affiliates.
* Create campaign briefs, track deliverables, and ensure brand consistency across all creator content.
* Monitor affiliate performance (CTR, GMV, conversion rate) and optimize for ROI.
3. Data & Performance Tracking
* Build and maintain TikTok Shop dashboards (via Looker Studio, Kalodata, or manual reports).
* Analyze daily GMV trends, ROAS, conversion rates, and content performance.
* Identify winning products, creatives, and creators — and scale accordingly.
* Report weekly on KPIs and performance drivers to leadership.
4. Content & Campaign Strategy
* Collaborate with content teams to generate creator briefs and UGC concepts that align with platform trends.
* Lead campaign launches, holiday activations, and product pushes through strategic affiliate challenges and incentives.
* Work with paid media teams to boost top-performing creator content via Spark Ads / GMV Max campaigns.
5. Relationship Building & Platform Liaison
* Serve as the main point of contact with TikTok Shop representatives, staying ahead of new features, tools, and incentives.
* Negotiate collaboration rates, commissions, and bonuses with creators.
* Participate in TikTok Shop events, case studies, and internal training sessions to maintain best-in-class execution.
Qualifications & Skills
* 2–4 years of experience in E-commerce, TikTok Shop, or Influencer Marketing.
* Proven track record of managing or scaling a brand on TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms.
* Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, UGC trends, and affiliate ecosystem.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills — comfortable managing multiple creators and campaigns at once.
* Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make ROI-driven decisions.
* Tools experience: TikTok Shop Seller Center, Kalodata, EUKA.ai, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, ClickUp (or similar).
