The Role
* As a BMS Engineer you will be responsible for undertaking preventative maintenance and diagnosis on building control systems
* Carry out small repairs and remedial works
* Provide routine inspections of BMS equipment
* Respond to customer service call outs
* Complete service and repairs to BMS Systems on sites.
Requirements
* We are seeking an experienced Building management systems engineer (BMS)
* You will be experienced in the service, maintenance, fault finding, repairs of Building management systems
* Ideally experienced working on Trend systems. Trend IQ Vision
* Any experience on systems such as: Tridium, Distech, Schneider would be an advantage
* Electrical skills / qualifications
* Strong understanding of HVAC Plant rooms and associated plant
