Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations and case management?
Our client, a prestigious heritage organisation, is seeking a skilled HR Adviser to join their team on a short-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity to make an impact in a respected organisation while managing a diverse and challenging caseload.
THE ROLE:
As an HR Adviser, you will:
* Manage your own portfolio of complex cases, including sickness absence, grievances, and capability issues.
* Provide specialist advice and support to line managers on all aspects of employee relations.
* Identify opportunities to design and deliver targeted training and guidance to managers on effective people management.
* Assist with Occupational Health processes, related meetings, and day-to-day employee queries.
THE CANDIDATE:
We are looking for someone who has:
* Proven experience handling a caseload of complex employee relations matters.
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to build effective relationships and deliver high-quality support to teams.
* A strong analytical approach combined with confident decision-making.
* A collaborative mindset, promoting trust and empowerment to enable quick, effective decisions.
* Familiarity with HR information systems (e.g., Oracle HR, Midland iTrent).
