Job Description
As a trainee broker, you will learn how to source, coordinate, and manage helicopter charter flights for a diverse range of clients, including VIPs, corporate executives, and event organizers.
Joining as a Trainee you will be assigned an experienced mentor who will work closely with you during your training period, helping you gain hands-on exposure to the private aviation industry, working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where attention to detail, problem-solving, and customer service are key.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working in a customer facing role in luxury products & services - essential
* Minimum 1-2 years active sales experience - desired
* Comfortable working towards KPIs and sales targets
* Hardworking and flexible, this role is not simply 9-5
* Ambition, drive and self-motivation
* Exceptional communication skills, fluency in a second language is an advantage
* Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
* High attentions to detail
* Strong resilience with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Additional Information
Starting Salary of £35,000pa + 10% Uncapped Commission
