The Opportunity
Visiblegy is at an exciting scaling juncture. We’ve built a world-class platform that creates unified, precision health data assets. Now, we are looking for three visionary Business Unit Directors to own, build, and scale our core growth channels.
This isn't a standard management role. This is a mandate to lead a division within a digital health company that is fundamentally changing how the industry creates and provides world class health data assets.
The Channels
We are seeking a specialist Business Unit Director for each of the following:
Next-Generation Patient Registry Development: Building the future of Registries
Pharmaceutical Partnerships (Direct & Indirect): Bridging critical health data gaps for global Pharmaceutical companies.
Research & Academia: Driving clinical and public health research through patient recruitment, engagement & data management.
Your Mission
Build & Lead:
You’ll be responsible for identifying, hiring, and leading a high-performing team.
Own the Strategy:
Develop and execute a robust plan to scale your business unit.
Commercial Growth:
Drive revenue by securing license agreements for our technologies and connecting the health data assets to high-value use cases in your sector.
Market Presence:
Be a senior leader, ensuring the industry understands the scale of what Visiblegy is delivering.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Business Unit Director will play a pivotal role in strategic planning, business development, and managing operations within the company. Responsibilities include overseeing team performance, leading key sales initiatives, analysing business opportunities, and implementing growth strategies. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organisational objectives, driving revenue growth, and maintaining exceptional partner and client relationships.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Business Planning and strong Analytical Skills to assess opportunities and develop strategies for growth
* Expertise in Team Management and Team Leadership, with the ability to inspire and drive success within cross-functional teams
* Proficiency in Sales strategies and building client relationships to achieve revenue targets
* Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Experience in healthcare or technology sectors is highly desirable
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred
