Responsibilities
* Provide operational management and leadership to a team of wellbeing support link workers in Manchester Magistrates court.
* Support the development of a Wellbeing Hub that engages key stakeholders (court staff, police, probation, diversion and liaison teams) to identify 'Problematic, Persistent and Prolific' (3P) offenders.
* Help 3P offenders break the cycle of offending, link them with trusted community‑based support, reduce demand on courts through improved pro‑social behaviour, and support a Diversion Court approach.
* Manage a team of three staff and a small caseload, organising triage to quickly identify and prioritise the most urgent unmet needs (housing, finance, benefits and debt, mental health, addiction and employment).
* Ensure successful completion of an enhanced security vetting check required by HMPPS.
