Senior Planner
Location: Winchester
I'm currently working with a respected independent planning consultancy based in Winchester that is looking to appoint a Senior Planner to join their growing team. This opportunity would suit someone with around 3-7 years' experience, ideally gained within a planning consultancy environment, who is looking for a genuinely balanced and people-focused business.
The Role
* Partner a Planner with approximately 3-7 years of experience
* Strong consultancy background preferred
* Confident managing projects and clients
* Motivated and personable individual who enjoys working as part of a small collaborative team
* Interest or background in design, urban design, and/or AI-related skills within the planning sector
This is a full-time role with a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days per week in the Winchester office.

This is a well-established independent consultancy. The culture is refreshingly grounded, supportive, and built around trust rather than pressure. The team all have lives outside the office and value maintaining a healthy balance.
Dogs are regularly in the office, so candidates must be comfortable working in a dog-friendly environment.
