Family Placement: Supporting foster care and kinship placements to provide stable environments for young people. Caseload Management: Managing your own varied caseload within a busy statutory team. Assessments & Reviews: Conducting comprehensive assessments and regular reviews of care plans. Report Writing: Producing high-quality reports for Children's Hearings and court proceedings. Requirements Degree in Social Work or equivalent. Member of the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC). Member of the PVG scheme. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a child protection environment.
