We are looking for a temporary team member to support to our client's analysts by preparing application reviews, providing customer support and undertaking additional operational tasks. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing credit card applications packs for review. Assisting clients with digital onboarding, the mobile app, and ancillary services. Responding to client inquiries. Assisting customers with resolving issues related to credit card transactions. Completing daily administration tasks within the team. Assisting in the set-up and management of direct debits and repayment to cardholder accounts. Assisting with any disputed or fraud related transactions. Your qualifications and skills include: Experience in working in financial services, ideally in Banking customer services Strong analytical skills Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
