Job Title: General Manager : Private Care Sector
Salary: Up to A GBP 110,000 + Bonus and Benefits

We're looking for an experienced and inspirational General Manager to lead a luxury residential and care environment, delivering exceptional standards of hospitality, wellbeing, and personalised care. This is a high:profile leadership role with full responsibility for operational performance, team engagement, compliance, financial delivery, and resident satisfaction.
What Youll Do
- Lead the overall operation, ensuring exceptional resident experiences and service standards
- Inspire, develop, and manage a multi:disciplinary leadership team
- Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, health and safety, and quality standards
- Manage budgets, occupancy, revenue, and overall business performance
- Develop and deliver the annual business plan and growth strategy
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and local stakeholders
- Lead recruitment, retention, training, and performance management initiatives
- Work closely with sales and relationship teams to maximise occupancy and reputation
- Ensure the residence consistently delivers the highest levels of care, hospitality, and wellbeing
What Youll Bring
- Proven senior leadership experience within luxury care, healthcare, hospitality, or residential environments
- Strong operational and commercial management skills
- Experience managing budgets, business plans, and financial performance
- Excellent people leadership and team development capabilities
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality standards
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and external partners
- Registered Manager qualification, ILM Level 5, or equivalent preferred
