Job Title: Human Resources Advisor
Location: Office based in Gateshead with occasional travel through the South East (Bedford, Essex, Northampton, Wisbech areas)
Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE

Role Overview
The Human Resources Advisor will provide professional, impartial Employee Relations advice and case management support to our operational teams, primarily based in Gateshead with occasional travel within the South East. The role involves supporting meetings, maintaining records, and fostering positive employee relations across residential and educational sites.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Maintain accurate regional case logs and report weekly to the Regional Operations Director and HRBP.
2. Administer correspondence, disciplinary and investigation documentation, and manage employee personnel files.
3. Organise meetings, book venues, and support note-taking during meetings.
4. Attend HR and operational meetings as required.
5. Support the Regional HRBP in various HR activities.
6. Promote equality and diversity within the organization.
7. Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Head of HR, including providing cover for colleagues.

Experience in the childcare sector is highly advantageous.
