Manage stock control and food margins.
Oversee NSF, EHO, and Health and Safety audits to maintain high standards.
Ensure delivery to brand standards and specifications.
Drive high performance through team development and regular one-on-one meetings.
Pay attention to detail and excel in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Show passion for the brand by ensuring your team is knowledgeable and confident.

Salary: £38,000 - £41,250 (with opportunity to earn up to 25% bonus).
