🔧 What You'll Be Doing
* Own the entire tendering process - from strategy to submission.
* Focus on the right opportunities with clear bid/no-bid decision-making.
* Develop high-quality, persuasive bids that win big.
* Lead cross-functional teams to bring together content, pricing, and delivery strategies.
* Keep our Knowledge Library sharp and current (because great content deserves to be reused).
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Ops, and Finance to make sure our solutions hit the mark - commercially and operationally.
* Track performance, drive continuous improvement, and always be ready to evolve.
