Salary: £42,648 £63,978 + on-call allowance

What Youll Do
* Act as the 3rd line escalation point for technical issues
* Lead recovery during critical incidents
* Investigate root causes and document fixes
* Maintain, monitor and optimise ICT systems
* Communicate clearly with stakeholders
* Contribute to strategic improvements and new system implementations
