Delivering the very best choice and care for residents you will be supported in your role by a Hospitality Services Manager, Customer Relationship Manager, Lifestyle team and complete finance and admin support team.

Requirements
In order to be considered for this appointment you will need to demonstrate the following

* A true passion for working as part of a team and developing your team's skills and knowledge
* Experienced in support, guidance and leadership of a multi-specialist team
* Hold a recognised leadership and management qualification within health and social care
* Ability to lead, empower and act with integrity
* Experience within a private health or social care setting
