ServiceNow & CMDB Specialist required to own and improve Configuration Management Database, ensuring accurate, trusted data that supports IT service management and operational processes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB in line with best practice (eg CSDM)Define and enforce CMDB governance and data quality standardsConfigure and support discovery, service mapping, and integrationsMaintain CI lifecycle and relationship accuracyProvide reporting and insights on CMDB health and complianceAct as the ServiceNow CMDB subject-matter expertSkills & ExperienceStrong hands-on ServiceNow CMDB experienceSolid understanding of ITIL Configuration ManagementExperience with CSDM, Discovery, and Service MappingExcellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skillsPlease Note: This role is fractional with 3-4 days per week commitment.
