Key Responsibilities: Support the preparation and submission of architectural bids and tender documents. Assist in crafting engaging press releases, newsletters, and social media content. Maintain the communications calendar and coordinate media outreach efforts. Liaise with project teams to gather material for case studies and marketing collateral. Support awards submissions and internal communications initiatives. Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a communications or marketing role within an architecture practice is essential. Proven experience supporting bid submissions and understanding of architectural procurement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office. Highly organised, with an eye for detail and a collaborative, creative mindset.
