Requirements of an FLT Counterbalance Operative:
Valid FLT Counterbalance licence required
Willing to apply for a DBS Check (paid for by us!)
5-year checkable work history (obtained by us!)
Willing to attend Aviation Cargo Operative Training (paid for by us!)
Flexibility and reliability are essential
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Role of an FLT Counterbalance Operative:
Operating Counterbalance FLT safely in a busy warehouse environment
Loading and unloading cargo and freight
Moving stock to designated warehouse locations
Supporting warehouse operations when required
Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures
General warehouse duties as needed
