Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Front Office Manager to join our team in Long Eaton, United Kingdom. As the face of our establishment, you will lead our front office operations with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
1. Oversee and manage all front office operations, including reception, concierge, and guest services
2. Lead, train, and motivate a team of front office staff to ensure exceptional customer service
3. Implement and maintain high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction
4. Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries efficiently and professionally
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
6. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively
7. Monitor and analyze front office performance metrics and implement improvements
8. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
9. Manage front office budgets and contribute to revenue optimization strategies
10. Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative practices to enhance guest experiences
Qualifications
11. Minimum of 12 months experience in a front office supervisory role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
12. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
13. Excellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
14. Strong organizational and time management abilities
15. Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera
16. Valid First Aid Certificate
17. Clean driving record and a valid driver's license
18. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
19. Knowledge of revenue management principles
20. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
21. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with guests and team members
22. Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
23. Multilingual skills (preferred)
24. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
25. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

Successful candidates for the position of Front of House Manager will be able to demonstrate clear progression in their career to date and have gained hotel revenue management experience in a competitive market place. You must have the ability to work in close liaison with other senior managers. You must be computer literate, have strong sales awareness and the ability to make sound business decisions in a fast moving environment.
