Key Responsibilities:
Leading and managing geotechnical projects from inception to completion
Conducting detailed site investigations to assess ground conditions
Preparing comprehensive technical reports with accurate data interpretation
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders for project success
Mentoring and supporting junior geotechnical engineers
Ensuring all geotechnical activities comply with industry regulations and standards
Contributing to proposals and tenders for new projects
Job Requirements:
Extensive experience in geotechnical engineering
Strong analytical skills for interpreting geological data
Excellent project management and organisational abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
Ability to mentor and lead a team of geotechnical professionals
Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification
