A HR professional who has a passion for helping workforces adapt to change and work effectively together. The individual should have a professional career in HR and be able to demonstrate skills and experience relating to HR.
What will you be doing?
We are looking for a Trustee who provide HR support to our team.
We are looking for a Trustee who can
* guide the Board regarding best practice HR process and procedures, reward and recognition
* help to create a high performing team to enable us to achieve our goals
* help us to deal with change from an HR perspective to enable us to transform our ways of working to increase our sustainability
You will work with the Board to strengthen our ability to adapt and transform our ways of working from a people perspective.
