Here at Leonardo Hotels, we have an opportunity for you to join our Revenue Team as a Market Revenue Manager, reporting to the Cluster Revenue Manager for the Leonardo Manchester properties, including The Midland.

Market Revenue Manager key responsibilities:

* Review daily hotel pricing considering competitors, city events, and other factors
* Maintain and grow RGI % above local competitor levels
* Follow group procedures for credit availability, accounts payable, and receivables
* Implement strategic plans to enhance hotel revenue in collaboration with senior management
* Produce detailed monthly rooms forecast with 3-5% accuracy, including during holidays and absences

Rate Management

* Ensure rates are appropriate across all channels based on detailed analysis
* Utilize all tools to maximize yield
* Set and adjust rates across market segments
* Maintain rate parity across distribution channels
* Ensure rates are loaded and updated promptly with commercial urgency

People / Relationship Management

* Manage on-property resources to optimize revenue
* Support team development in Revenue Management
