Your new role
As a Change Manager, you will support services through the implementation of a new ERP people systems landscape. You will play a pivotal role in driving engagement, accelerating adoption, and embedding new people‑related processes across the organisation.Working at the front line of change, you will collaborate closely with service teams, HR and workforce functions, and senior stakeholders to ensure readiness for go‑live and beyond. The role will focus on practical change delivery, underpinned by clearmunications, effective training support, and a strong “adopt not adapt” mindset to enable sustainable transformation.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience delivering change inplex, service‑led environments, with a strong focus on people and process change. You will be able to demonstrate:
1. Experience leading ERP led business change, with a clear emphasis on user adoption and behavioural change.
2. Strong capability in as‑is / to‑be process mapping and impact assessment.
3. Experience supporting people process change, including HR, workforce, or recruitment services.
4. A solid approach to training, readiness, and transition planning to support operational go‑live.
5. Excellent stakeholder engagement andmunication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
6. Previous experience working within public sector or service‑led environments, such as Education, Housing, or Local Authority settings.
You will be a confident and collaborative change professional,fortable working at pace and engaging directly with services to support transition to new ways of working.
What you'll get in return
Flexible working options available. This contract will offer apetitive daily rate of £400–£500, depending on aligned experience. The contract will be upwards of 12months. You will benefit from a flexible hybrid working arrangement, ideally with 1–2 days per week on‑site in Cardiff, and the opportunity to contribute to a fantastic transformation programme with a strong people focus.
