What You’ll Be Doing
14. Carrying out structural and cosmetic panel repairs on a wide range of vehicles
15. Replacing, repairing, and aligning panels to manufacturer specifications
16. Using the latest repair methods, tools, and equipment to ensure high-quality workmanship
17. Working to defined productivity and quality targets while maintaining safety standards
18. Supporting your team and contributing to a positive, respectful workshop culture
What We’re Looking For
19. Proven experience as a panel technician in a bodyshop or accident repair environment
20. Proficiency in MIG/MAG welding and panel repair techniques
21. ATA accreditation or equivalent qualification is desirable
22. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
23. A team player with a strong work ethic and a clear sense of accountability
