Multisite Service Manager - Complex Care Services
Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Are you an experienced leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care in complex service environments? We're seeking a Multisite Service Manager to oversee and elevate standards at a high-performing 80-bed complex care home in Sheffield, made up of 7 specialised units.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic, proactive manager who has a track record of overseeing multi-unit or multi-site services and is looking to take on a new challenge in a well-resourced, purpose-driven setting.

80-bed complex care facility, divided into 7 specialist units.
The service is fully staffed and benefits from a committed, long-standing team.

Current Home Manager is transitioning to another service internally - offering you the chance to make your mark.
Service Specialism:
Our service supports adults with a variety of complex needs, requiring an experienced leader with a deep understanding of person-centred care, compliance, and staff engagement across multiple units or homes.
Previous or current multi-site or large multi-unit management experience (essential).
Strong background in complex care and supporting residents with high-dependency needs.
Proven ability to lead diverse teams, drive quality improvement, and deliver operational excellence.
Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on service development.
Competitive salary up to £80,000 per annum depending on experience
