Whatyou’lldo

As an O2R Practitioner,you’llworksidebysidewith a dedicated police officer and local partners to:

1. Reach and engage people in custody,prisonand the community

2. Support individuals into the right treatment pathway – from rehab to community support

3. Build strong, trusting relationships that motivate change

4. Coordinate multiagency responses to reduce reoffending

5. Track progress,outcomesand the impact of your work

6. This is a dynamic role where every day is different, and every conversation can change a life.

Whatwe’relooking for

7. Experience supporting people affected by substance use

8. Strong communication, assessment andrelationshipbuildingskills

9. Confidence working across agencies and in the community

10. A flexible, proactive approach and a commitment torecoveryfocusedpractice
Police vetting and travel across Solihull arerequired.
