Kids Planet is an independent, family run group of nurseries providing the highest standard of nursery care across the UK. We are currently looking for a Nursery Manager at Kids Planet Trafford City.

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the nursery team to deliver high-quality care and education.
* Ensure the delivery of a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment for children and families.
* Maintain and develop safeguarding practices and strong relationships with families.
* Drive continuous improvement and uphold the nursery ethos and values.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive workplace culture.

What a Nursery Manager needs
* Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
* Excellent understanding of EYFS.
* Extensive knowledge of safeguarding.
* Senior leadership experience within a nursery setting.
* GCSE or equivalent qualification in Maths is a legal requirement or willing to achieve within 2 years of starting.
