Job Summary We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining all project documentation, ensuring that documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. This role is crucial in supporting project teams by providing timely and efficient document management services. Full Time Role.- Head Office Based - Westerham Duties * Organise and maintain project documentation in both electronic and hard copy formats. * Ensure all documents are reviewed, approved, and distributed according to company procedures. * Implement and maintain document control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards. * Collaborate with project teams to gather necessary documentation and ensure proper filing. * Track document revisions and updates, ensuring that the latest versions are available to relevant stakeholders. * Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations by providing necessary documentation. * Conduct regular audits of documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. * Provide training and support to team members on document control processes. Requirements * Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role within a project-based environment. * Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document management. * Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Familiarity with industry standards related to document control (e.g., ISO 9001). * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
