We are looking for a professional, welcoming, and experienced Receptionist to join our team. You will perform reception, administration, and secretarial duties efficiently and effectively on behalf of the building in which you are located.
You will be expected to keep a tidy and efficient reception area, providing a professional and courteous service throughout. You will also handle phone calls and emails in a prompt, professional manner and complete any required administrative tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities
* Managing documentation and ensuring it is stored in the appropriate location or system
* Handling queries and messages from visitors, issuing visitor and staff passes, assisting with emergency evacuations
* Maintaining attendance registers and ensuring smooth daily operations
* Checking and issuing visitor and contractor passes, booking meeting rooms, logging help‑desk requests with appropriate follow‑up actions
* Acting as an Incident Marshal and raising health and safety issues as needed
* Arranging catering, delivering hospitality services, and supporting the setup of the Business Events Center for meetings and events
* Managing shared mailboxes, availability trackers, and using CAFM systems such as Maximo
Qualifications
* Friendly and approachable manner with sound communication and interpersonal skills
* IT literate and able to prioritise workload and meet agreed deadlines
* Professional and courteous service orientation
