Job Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and menu specifications.
* Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure food quality and safety.
* Adhere to portion control guidelines and presentation standards.
* Collaborate with kitchen team members to coordinate food preparation and order execution.
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including washing dishes and equipment.
* Assist in food inventory management as needed.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements
* Applicants must be 18+
* Prior experience in a high-volume kitchen or culinary environment preferred.
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and teamwork-oriented environment.
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Understanding of inventory management and ordering processes.
* Must provide valid proof of Right to Work in the UK (e.g., passport or birth certificate with National Insurance documentation). Minimum 6 months work eligibility required.
