We are seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join the Wadys team. This is a great opportunity to work for a company established in 1959 with a fantastic reputation in sectors including Education, Leisure, Healthcare and Commercial.
What you’ll do
* Manage multiple electrical contracts simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and clear communication.
* Prepare and review project documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and progress reports.
* Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards.
* Lead and support project teams, providing guidance and resolving technical issues.
* Control costs and manage variations effectively.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager or similar role within the electrical contracting industry.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and installation practices.
* Excellent leadership, problem‑solving skills and initiative.
* Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. 18th Edition Certificate BS7671).
* Full UK driving licence.
