We seek a QA/QC Co-Ordinator to support the entire Fugro business. This role offers a great career opportunity for individuals eager to advance within the Geo-data sector. The position is based in Aberdeen, with a hybrid work model combining home and office days.
The QA/QC Co-Ordinator will assist both quality and project teams during project delivery, reporting directly to the Quality Manager. You will support all service lines and collaborate with QC Inspectors, MRB Assistants, and Project Managers.

1. Ensuring compliance with the company Business Management System.
2. Conducting internal audits and maintaining detailed documentation of audit results.
3. Performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive measures.
4. Representing the quality function on innovative project-related tasks.
5. Participating in order reviews, identifying customer requirements, and compiling data dossiers.
To thrive in this role, you will need:
* Experience or strong knowledge of implementing and maintaining a Business Management System.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Certification as an ISO 9001 Internal Auditor.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build good relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
* Attention to detail, quality, and safety consciousness.
* A disciplined, self-motivated, and flexible team player.
