We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Dual Registered Manager - Childrens Residential Home to lead a dynamic team in a well-established children's home located in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager looking to make a significant impact in the lives of vulnerable children and young people and the successful candidate will have a background as a Registered Manager within a Childrens Home.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the operation and management of both services, ensuring high-quality care and support for all residents.
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of professionals to create a safe and nurturing environment.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of care.
* Work collaboratively with external agencies, parents, and stakeholders to promote the best outcomes for children.
* Champion continuous improvement and implement best practices within the homes.
Requirements:
* Proven background as a Registered Manager in a children's home setting.
* Experience dealing with OFSTED
* Dual registered management experience is highly desirable.
* Strong leadership skills with a passion for supporting and developing staff.
* Excellent understanding of legislation and best practices in children's services.
* A relevant management qualification (Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent) is preferred.
