About the Role
As a Portfolio Data & Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of our Enterprise Change Portfolio. You will provide high-quality data analysis and actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision making across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about turning data into compelling stories that drive business outcomes. Generating data to feedback into PMO to help make data driven decisions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
4. Producing ad-hoc and thematic data analysis using tools such as Power BI and Excel to support strategic decision making
5. Maintaining and reporting on key performance indicators to ensure portfolio success
6. Analysing resource requirements and forecasting headcount to identify capacity pinch points
7. Enhancing data quality by identifying reporting process improvements and supporting data literacy across the team
8. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs and ensure insights are aligned with business priorities
9. Identify and implement reporting process improvements to enhance the quality of portfolio-level data.
This is a role where your ability to tell a compelling story through data will directly influence how we deliver change across the organisation.
About you
You’ll bring a strong foundation in data analysis and visualisation, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. You’re confident working with stakeholders at all levels and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Experience within a similar role with exposure to change portfolios is highly desirable.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
10. Strong skills in data visualisation using tools like Power BI, Excel, or Tableau
11. Excellent communication skills to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
12. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and time management
13. Experience in stakeholder engagement and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

14. P3O (Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices) Foundation – Desirable
15. Management of Portfolios Foundation – Desirable
