Job Title: Lead Customer Support Agent
Location: RAC House
Hours: Shift Rota 6 on 3 off hours between 8am-6pm
Salary: £27,295.34 per annum + £150 per month shift allowance

The Role:
You will be an integral part of a team Switch Team based at the RAC Offices, providing support through a variety of communications, accurate recording of data and various tasks that impact on our services, taking inbound and outbound calls from our branches and customers. You will be creating an exceptional experience for customers, whilst building trusting relationships and handling queries with confidence to provide all National Account customers with a dedicated vehicle hire reservation service.
You will report into a Team manager based in Exeter and lead a team of 4 agents based in the RAC. As representatives of Switch Car Rental you will be ambassadors for our core values, and help present our brand in a positive light.
Customer service and supervisor experience is preferable but not essential, full training will be given.
This is an office-based role.
