About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Paid Search Manager to take ownership of our paid search campaigns across multiple platforms.
This role is ideal for a performance-driven professional who can manage accounts with little to minimal supervision and is eager to step up into a more senior position within 6 to 12 months.
You will play a crucial role in the growth of our growing client base by optimising campaigns and leading performance marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Independently manage Google Ads, Google Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns to maximize efficiency and profitability.
2. Oversee and optimise paid search and paid social accounts, ensuring KPIs, CPL and ROAS targets are met.
3. Implement and refine bidding strategies, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
4. Analyse and report on campaign performance using Google Ads reporting, meta Ads reporting, GA4 and Supermetrics to provide actionable insights.
5. Identify growth opportunities and proactively test new strategies to improve performance.
6. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to enhance conversion rate.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep campaigns competitive.
