Job Title: Financial Planning Support Officer
Location: St Albans, Herts
We are currently seeking a Diploma-qualified candidate to operate within a highly successful IFA Practice. The role involves supporting Financial Planners to carry out their duties effectively and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring all client administration is completed in accordance with the firm's procedures.
2. Researching and analysing data on behalf of team members.
3. Staying up-to-date with all technical and regulatory changes within the industry.
4. Serving as a mentor and point of reference for junior staff.
5. Maintaining client and firm files in a well-presented, accurate, and compliant manner.
Skills and Experience:
* Proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages.
* Diploma in Financial Planning.
* Experience in management or mentoring within a technical role.
* Experience dealing with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds, with a proven track record of excellent customer service.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organisational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and a positive attitude.
