Duties
These duties are inclusive but not limited to the following:
* Supporting the Drawing Office with all technical documents and processes within the business
* Experience using ERP / MRP systems
* Recording and managing all technical data from initial enquiry to order
* Drawing office data management
* Keeping all Drawing Office data accurate and up to date
* Support and participate in the company Change Management system
* Scanning and data input of documents and enquiry information
* Drawing and Release Management
* Creation of parts, routers and Bills of Materials in the company ERP system
* Following of Policies, Practices, Company Procedures and any other duties required by the business
* Strong attention to detail and an ability to complete work accurately and thoroughly in a timely manner
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Good computer and numeracy skills
* Ability to multi task and prioritise tasks

* Ability to understand Engineering drawings would be an advantage
* Must have experience using Excel and Microsoft Word
* Must have experience using ERP/MRP systems
* Experience with Microsoft Access would be an advantage

Hours of work – 39 hours per week
Monday-Thursday - 7:30am – 4:45pm and Friday 8:00am – 12:00pm with a 30 minute break, Monday-Thursday.

Pay: £29,500.00 per year
