With previous experience in retail product compliance, product setup, or product data management, success in this role means being highly detail‑oriented, with a strong compliance mindset. You’ll thrive on getting things right the first time, balancing the need for speed with accuracy and regulatory integrity.

* Validate essential product data including descriptions, dimensions, pricing, SKUs, barcodes, country of origin, certifications and other compliance indicators.
* Work closely with multiple teams and stakeholders to collect and verify all required documentation, including technical factory onboarding documents.
* Ensure all products comply with existing and upcoming legislation (e.g., EU Deforestation Regulation – EUDR).
* Conduct regular audits of product data to identify risks, errors or non‑compliance.
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of compliance checks and approvals for audit purposes.
* Act as the point of contact for any compliance queries related to product setup.
The Skills & Experience Required
* Experience in retail product compliance, product setup, or product data management.
* Strong understanding of product information requirements (labelling, barcoding, packaging, safety compliance).
* High attention to detail and data accuracy.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills.
* Strong communicator capable of working effectively across departments.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and retail systems.
Desirable but Not Essential
