We're seeking an experienced and commercially minded General Manager to take the helm of a stunning branded pub within a growing and ambitious hospitality group.

The Opportunity

What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a General Manager within a branded pub, restaurant, or hospitality business.
Strong operational leadership across both food and beverage.
A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Experience driving food sales and developing food-led business performance.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing sales, labour, costs, and profitability.
Exceptional people management skills with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire teams.
A hands-on leader who enjoys being visible in the business and leading from the front.
High standards across service, food quality, and overall guest journey.
