Senior Consultant, Intelligent Automation Consultant – D&ET – TC – Belfast & Londonderry/Derry

Your Key Responsibilities
* Intelligent Automation Solution design.
* Design, build, deploy and manage automation solutions using UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform and other technologies such as Python.
* Engage with clients at all levels across the organisation, both business & technology functions.
* Nurture long‑term trusted advisor relationships.
* Train and manage junior staff and client staff, including quality assurance of client deliverables.
* Respond sensitively to client requirements and provide subject‑matter expertise.
* Act as a pragmatic, adaptable problem solver that embraces defining innovative solutions to unique problems.
* Be a dedicated, quick learner who continuously builds capability in own skill set and can master key technical, functional and professional skills.
* Be proficient in written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
* Show interest in further developing and integrating operations with technology skills.
* Research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies.
Key Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering or related fields.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, business analysis, project management or development in Intelligent Automation.
* Proficiency or certification in Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Office tools, UiPath, BluePrism, Pega, Automation Anywhere and/or other relevant tools.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work on complex projects and deliver actionable insights.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
