With a friendly personality and a 'can do' attitude, you'll greet members and guests, be the first point of contact by phone, and ensure excellent customer service. You'll get to know our members and help them make the most of Village life.
Daily responsibilities include meeting and greeting guests, taking bookings, resolving queries, and ensuring member satisfaction.
