* Selling a full range of high-end composite decking and cladding products for commercial and residential projects.
* Specification-led sales into architects, landscape architects, designers, contractors and house builders / developers
* Managing existing accounts while developing new business and building a customer ledger.
* Engaging with national accounts and corporate end-users
* Delivering CPD presentations.
* The territory generates £5M–£6M annually.
* Covering East Midlands, Yorkshire, North West Region

* Comfortable selling to architects and house builders.
* Relatable product experience is advantageous
* Experience with CPD presentations.
* Background in specification-led sales.
* Confident selling premium products based on unique selling points (USP) and quality rather than price.
* Must not rely on price reductions to secure sales.
