We are recruiting for a successful Negotiator with experience of selling high-end property to join our close-knit team. This busy, challenging and exciting role requires the successful candidate to work towards targets and have the diversity to fulfill a multi-layered role. Based in our Cheltenham office, the role involves working five days a week, including Saturdays on a rota basis.
Responsibilities
* Identifying and maintaining relations with purchasers, developers and vendors
* Identify new sales or marketing strategies to improve sales
* Finding and identifying suitable buyers
* Managing the marketing of properties through all suitable channels
* Communicating with all parties to make sure sales are managed efficiently
* Attend viewings
* Identify the client’s needs and look for opportunities to cross-sell other services and comparable properties
* Handle clients in a professional manner
* Deal with customer enquiries
* Schedule appointments, calls, and viewings
* Communicate with all clientele via telephone and email
* Work to set targets
* To cover the office when necessary to help the team and take on administrative duties if needed.
Requirements
* Proven track record of successful sales
* The ability to identify and attract investors, developers and vendors
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive by nature, a lateral thinker, with the ability to use your experience and qualifications
* A high degree of integrity
* Be self-motivated and professional, with first-rate interpersonal skills
* Possess first-class time and project management capabilities
* Stronginternet and web marketing skills
* Be able to absorb information in a timely manner
* Be able to network and negotiate
Hours are 8:30am to 6pm, with one hour for lunch. Saturdays will be one in four, 9am to 2pm.
